My story

Etay was born from a deep passion for creating treats celebrate both flavor and tradition.

Growing up in the vibrant markets of Morocco, I spent countless hours in my family's kitchen, learning the rhythms of baking and the art of balancing taste with care. My mother's breads and pastries, each a reflection of heritage and precision, inspired my journey into the world of baking.


The name ''Etay'' comes from the Moroccan word for Tea, a cherished ritual of hospitality and connection in every home.

Etay is my way to celebrate Moroccan warmth, food as a bridge between people, where each bite is both familiar and thoughtfully reimagined.

The Process

 At Etay, every step of our baking process is deliberate. From mixing the ingredients to the final finishing touches, we prioritize precision and flavor. Dough is allowed ample time to rest, enhancing texture and depth. The result is a collection of products that embody quality, authenticity, and refinement.

We select only the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients,  rich butter, premium eggs and high quality  wheat flour, chosen to elevate flavor and texture in every bite. This dedication ensures that each creation stands apart for its authenticity and exceptional taste.
